INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING SERVICES:
VITAL EQUIPMENTS CALIBRATION L.L.C biomedical engineer’s team is available to assist clients in the proper review and approval of installation drawings, supervision of pre-installation site preparation, installation, testing and commissioning, and handing-over process.
ON-CALL SRERVICE SUPPORT:
Our on-call corrective maintenance service is available for 24/7 days week; any facility does not hold medical equipments maintenance agreement.This service support will help any health care provider to meet all the requirements for the inspection conducted by Ministry of health (MOH) and Health Authority of Abu Dhabi (HAAD).
PLANNED PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE(PPM)
VITAL EQUIPMENTS CALIBRATION L.L.C Perform Planned preventive Maintenance to extend the life of medical equipments and prevents its failure. It includes specific maintenance activities like lubrication, calibration, cleaning or replacing parts that are expected to wear.
ELECTRICAL SAFETY TESTING(EST)
Our company conducts Electrical Safety Test to ensure that your medical device poses no fire, shock, or overall safety hazard to the patient. Testing is done for current leakage and equipment is inspected for conductive materials or chemicals that may come in contact with an electrical device.
IN -SERVICE TRAINING:
VITAL EQUIPMENTS CALIBRATION L.L.C offers complete in -service training for Electrical safety test and various test equipments which is used to ensure the calibration check for the medical equipments and conduct the various medical equipments usage and its proper operation. This will increase user care of equipment and cooperation with maintenance technicians to reduce equipment breakdowns.
ASSET & INVENTORY MANAGEMENT:
We undertake a comprehensive medical asset inventory in your hospital. We will provide your management with a comprehensive report, inclusive of an inventory of all of the medical equipment in your facility, its location and operating condition, and then cross reference this with your hospital’s capital asset list. We will also provide you with our observations as to the current status of your medical hi-technology management systems and whether or not they are in compliance with ISO, HAAD & JCI standards. We will recommend corrective action to take in order to ensure compliance with these standards and make recommendations on how to improve the efficiency with which you are utilizing your capital assets.
